The refurbishment of the existing Audi retail motor trade premises.
The works included:
- The design and construction of mechanical and electrical services installations
- Strip-out/demolition works
- The formation of new office accommodation to the existing first floor mezzanine space complete with heat recovery plant
- New sanitary ware and finishes to existing WC facilities including disabled WC following complete strip-out
- New ceramic tiled floors to showroom areas
- New suspended ceilings
- Installation of new LED lighting throughout
- Installation of new AC installations
- Modifications works to the existing power/fire alarms/data
- Installation of new glazed screen partitioning
- New joinery works
- Decorations throughout
- Carpeting to all office accommodation
